How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery, or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

SECTION 5 – Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

SECTION 6 – Third-Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies regarding the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.
For these providers, we recommend that you read their privacy policies so you can understand how your personal information will be handled.
In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. If you elect to proceed with a transaction that involves a third-party service provider, your information may become subject to the laws of the jurisdiction(s) in which that service provider or its facilities are located.
For example, if you are located in Australia and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.
Once you leave our store’s website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

SECTION 7 – SECURITY
We take active steps to protect the personal information we hold against loss, unauthorised access, misuse, modification, or disclosure. This includes information that we disclose overseas. To safeguard your personal information, we implement reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to prevent it from being inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
Where data is held overseas, we require third parties to store such data in restricted access premises and to provide appropriate protection against unauthorised disclosure. At a minimum, password authentication is required to access those databases. We also use firewalls, SSL technology, and encryption for data transmission where appropriate.
When personal information is no longer required, we destroy, delete, or de-identify it in a secure manner, in accordance with our Document Retention and Destruction Policy.
If you provide us with your credit card information, it is encrypted using secure socket layer (SSL) technology and stored with AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional industry-standard security measures.
SECTION 8 – COOKIES

_session_id: Unique token, session, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc.).

_shopify_visit: No data held, persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits.

_shopify_uniq: No data held, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.

cart: Unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of your cart.

_secure_session_id: Unique token, sessional.

storefront_digest: Unique token, indefinite, used to determine if the current visitor has access if the shop has a password.
SECTION 9 – EMAIL AND SMS SUBSCRIPTION LISTS
We maintain an electronic Direct Marketing (eDM) email list to provide marketing offers to subscribers. By subscribing to our eDM, you will receive communications about product information, special events, and offers. We also use search engines and social media sites to make marketing offers that may be of interest to you. Our marketing subscription list operates on an ‘opt-in’ basis. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our marketing communications.

SECTION 10 – SUPPLIERS
We collect information from suppliers related to the sourcing and purchase of products and the provision of services to us and our customers. This information, which may include limited personal details such as names and contact information of individuals, is collected for business-related purposes.
This information is usually collected directly from the supplier but may also be provided by third-party sourcing agencies or business contacts. If suppliers provide products to us, their information may be shared with our related entities located overseas and with third-party buying agencies, predominantly in the Asian Region. We and our related entities will hold this information securely and disclose it only for business-related purposes.
The information is used for activities such as:
